Senior Associate - Financial Services Management

This role would need to work alongside the business and product teams to grow the financial services business vertical in terms of revenue, users and transaction volume through campaigns, partnership and marketing communications.
SCOPE & AUTHORITY
Current:
- Plan, develop and manage the go-to-market for financial services products and partnerships for embedded solutions or white label solutions, including concept ideation, financial forecasting, audience segmentation, media planning, campaign management, in-campaign analytics and post campaign analysis.
- Devise strategy and end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, conversions, revenue and measure the customer experiences (positive or negative journeys) through campaigns, partnerships and marketing communications.
- Create informational/ educational content that is relevant to the product(s) to create awareness, engagement, guide usage with the target audience, including financial literacy.
- Work closely with the Business owners, Product and Analytics teams to define business objectives, convert into marketing and communications objectives, monitor campaign performances and optimize digital campaigns for effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide analytical insights and recommend next steps to internal stakeholders and external partnerships on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate and liaise with various internal teams such as Creative, Digital Marketing, CRM, Branding, Legal, Partnership, Finance, Customer Service, in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Brief product insights, communication messaging and oversee the creative content are relevant to customer segments – managing stakeholders, internally and external agencies to deliver the creative aspects of marketing activities. Write, edit and proofread copies for creative materials, ensuring the product information and FAQ are accurate and the organization’s brand identity is adhered to in all communication materials.
- Review and evaluate business and marketing performances to ensure achievement of campaign targets set.
- Compile and review competitors’ marketing activities periodically, as well as collecting market data, trends and information on the financial services industry to keep abreast of market trends.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- KRA includes but not limited to – New to Boost customer acquisition, Monthly Active Users, Active Transacting users. Actively contribute to strategy, planning and execution for new user acquisition and retention of existing customers, to achieve the KPI set by the organization.
- Collaborate with Product Team to enhance and deliver great customer experience, i.e. UI/UX, features and benefits, messaging and accurate promotion mechanics.
- Provide analytical and performance review on marketing activities to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution.
- Ensure engaging and timely communication with target audience via various channels and create awareness contributing to healthy brand awareness and TOMA.
- Manage and execute campaigns accordingly to achieve the targets set.
- Stakeholder management, work in a group with different teams to provide detailed feedback based on the product features and functions.
- Provide market knowledge periodically: competitor’s analysis, market trends etc.
