Product Manager - Payment Services
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager – Payment Services to join our team at Boost Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our payment products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital payments, financial technology, and user-centric product development to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs.
SCOPE & AUTHORITY
• Define and own the product roadmap for Boost Connect’s payment services, aligning with company strategy and market trends.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, compliance, risk, and marketing) to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Ensure payment products comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor product performance, usage, and adoption metrics to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Act as subject matter expert on payments, advising internal teams on product capabilities and future developments.
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, wallets, QR, bank transfers, merchant acquiring).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in payments (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia requirements) is advantageous.
