Merchant Experience Executive

The Merchant Experience Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Merchant Experience team, ensuring merchants receive timely, professional and effective operational support. The role involves supervising team members, managing merchant enquiries and escalations, monitoring service performance and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt issue resolution. The Executive is also responsible for supporting key merchants, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency and business continuity, including during weekends, public holidays and after-office hours.
