Head of Rewards and Organisational Development
Job Context:
Lead and manage the Performance & Rewards function by developing and implementing a comprehensive range of performance management and rewards strategies, plans and programs in line with operational requirements and achievement of business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance in ensuring projects/plans execution to ensure Performance & Rewards function deliver its yearly and long-term targets
- Develop and recommend short-, mid- and longer-term total rewards and performance management strategies and roadmap that are aligned with overall Boost business needs and priorities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Boost total rewards and performance management programs including base pay, incentives, benefits, PMS, and other rewards and perquisites
- Facilitate and ensure efficient and timely year-end performance review, promotions, annual salary review, bonus/STI and LTI payouts
- Drive and champion any rewards and performance management programs/projects across Boost
- Lead or conduct analytics and external benchmarking analysis to support decision making or proposed changes to any rewards and performance management policies
- Consult and collaborate with HRBPs/managers/HODs across Boost to ensure seamless and successful implementation and adoption of total rewards & performance management programs
- Counsel and provide strategic advice to HR Head and other senior key stakeholders in Boost on decision making issues related with rewards and performance management matters, as and when required
- Prepare timely management presentations, GNRC and Board papers
- Ensure continual review of processes/policies and recommend appropriate improvements to ensure they are efficient and relevant to operational needs
- Monitor actual expenditures and recommend appropriate control measures to ensure operations are conducted cost effectively and within approved budget

Experience
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of practical experience in performance management and total rewards, with demonstrated ability to resolve complex performance & rewards related issues.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
