Key Responsibilities

Design and execute targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive or low-activity merchants.

Analyse merchant performance data to identify churn patterns and implement win-back strategies.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and account management teams to enhance merchant engagement and lifetime value.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, platforms, and service providers to drive joint growth opportunities.

Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that maximise mutual value.

Identify co-marketing, bundling, and integration opportunities to expand reach.

Develop and manage a partner acquisition strategy to onboard new merchants through channel partners.

Create partner enablement programs, ensuring they are equipped with tools, resources, and incentives to drive merchant sign-ups.

Monitor partner performance, ensuring acquisition targets are met or exceeded.

Define and own the merchant growth roadmap, balancing reactivation, acquisition, and revenue expansion.

Analyse market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth initiatives with overall business strategy.
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 7 years in business development, growth, or partnerships, preferably in payments, fintech, e-wallets, digital merchants, or e-commerce.

Proven track record in merchant acquisition, reactivation, and partnership-led growth.

Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
