Card Operations Senior Executive
The Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily execution of Boost Bank’s card operations, including debit/credit card issuance, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling. This is a hands-on role with a focus on operational accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day card operations: issuance, activation, hotlisting, renewals, replacements.
- Process transaction settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Manage chargebacks and disputes in line with scheme rules and timelines.
- Support fraud/risk monitoring activities and escalate suspicious cases.
- Work with vendors, processors, and scheme partners to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.
- Support UAT and operational readiness for new card features or product rollouts.
- Provide backup support for ad-hoc projects and incident handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related.
- 2–4 years of hands-on card operations experience (bank, fintech, or FI).
- Strong knowledge of card processes: issuance, settlement, reconciliations, chargebacks.
- Familiar with BNM regulations and card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard).
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
