Business Development Manager
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Boost Connect’s payment service portfolio.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with merchants, corporates, and financial partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, regulators, and payment networks.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Work closely with the product team to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving adoption and transaction volumes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the payments space.
- Represent Boost Connect at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within fintech or payment services.
- Strong network within the financial services, merchants, or digital ecosystem.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of payment trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently, with strong execution and entrepreneurial mindset.
