Business Development Executive (SME Financing) – Fresh Graduates Welcome

We are a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative financing solutions to SMEs through technology-driven platforms. As we expand our presence in the SME market, we are looking for driven and energetic individuals to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and convert opportunities into financing deals.
• Understand business needs and introduce suitable financing solutions to support SME growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deal execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Working experiences as Sales/ Part-time promoters will be added advantages. 
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
