Credit Policy & Portfolio Manager

The Credit Policy & Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of credit risk policies that manage and control credit risk across the credit life cycle whilst meeting the needs of customers, businesses, and regulations. You are also responsible for monitoring the lending portfolio performance and do necessary action to maintain the portfolio performance at an acceptable level.

1. Formulate new credit policies and review existing policies 
2. Support BD in new products, product variations, and process change impacting risk 
3. Establish and monitor risk-based policy 
4. Credit analytics and segmentation to identify weaknesses of the portfolio and provide recommendation 
5. Perform periodic checks on the credit decision and collection efforts
6. Provide Budget Planning and Realization for Risk
7. Provide routine and ad-hoc risk credit, collection, and policy report
8. Update and Risk Governance/Support on scope Credit Risk
